Here you will find all the information you need if you would like to book a portrait with me.
I work on a first come, first served basis. Upon contacting me, I will be able to give you an estimated time of when I would be able to start your portrait and I require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
Reference Photos
In order to create the best portrait for you, it is important that I have a good quality reference photo to work from.
Try to choose photos that have been taken in natural light, are close up, in focus and are high resolution. The more details in the photo the better.
If you have a few photos to choose from, I am happy to advise you on which one would be best for your portrait.
The Process
Browse my price list and decide which size you would like for your portrait.
with your chosen size and any reference photos that you have.
I will give you an estimated time of when I will be able to start your portrait and I require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
I will contact you just before I am ready to start your portrait and will post regular updates on my social media, unless your portrait is a surprise gift and you would prefer me not to.
Once your portrait is completed and the balance has been paid, I will post it out to you. All portraits will be posted 1st class, tracked and signed for.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
I require a 25% deposit to secure your booking, which will go towards the overall cost of your portrait. All deposits are non-refundable unless circumstances prevent me from completing your portrait. The remaining balance must be paid before the artwork is sent out to you.
Photograph Rights
Please ensure that you obtain permission from the owner of the photograph you provide for the commission, if it does not belong to yourself.
Copyright
I retain copyright of all the artwork that I produce so have the right to use any images of the artwork on my social media and website.
